How do I return something to Fox Quality Knives?

At Fox Quality Knives, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.  Even if you just do not like the item you receive you may return it within a reasonable amount of time (Usually 30 days) for a refund of your full purchase price.(less shipping)  You always buy risk free when you deal with us.

Returning Collector, or used items:

Any serious collector can tell you that knowing your dealer is of vital importance when buying any vintage item.  A promise to accept returns is even more important.  We accept returns for any reason. If the item is not as described we will even pay all postage costs for the return.  You need not worry about a dispute on condition issues since we will gladly refund your payment.  With over 2000 transactions we very seldom have to make a return since we do out best to grade and described all knives acturately.  But it is important for the buyer to know that we will always refund your money if you are not happy.   

When new returning items:

Almost all of the new items we sell come with a manufactures warranty.  If you have a problem with a new item under warranty we will assist you in returning the item to the maker for replacement/repair under the terms of that warranty.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

We offer insurance at the buyers expense on all items.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items durning shipping.  If the buyer has purchased the USPS insurance offered we will assist in obtaining a replacement or refund up to the value of the insured amount.
