This 3'' closed, lockblade pocket knife features an Assisted Open, 440 stainless steel, bead blast finished blade. You just start the blade to open with a push on the ambi thumb stud and it snaps into lock open position as quick as any switchblade. Gerber even added a special slide lock feature on the handle. The slide locks the blade closed to prevent accidential opening while in your pocket.

The black fiberglass filled nylon handles are grooved for a more sure grip and the rear handle is fitted with a stainless steel pocket clip.

The Mini F.A.S.T. Draw opens as fast as any switch blade yet it is legal under the US Federal Switchblade laws. Made with the same quality as the bigger Gerber 7161 F.A.S.T. Draw . Just a smaller package for the performance and ease of carry and concealment you want.
