How are products delivered to me?

We ship most items using United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail.  Some items may be shipped via UPS.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We stand behind all sales.  You may return any item withing 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.  If the item is not as we described it we will even pay all postage for the return.
